Rogers’ outpatient clinic in Sheboygan treats OCD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use in adults, as well as children and adolescents ages 6 to 17.

Located next door on the same grounds, the two-story supportive living house accommodates up to 12 adult patients at a time and provides them with a place to call home during treatment.

“This space offers a safe place for people in treatment to spend time focusing on their journey while practicing self-care, hygiene, life, and vocational skills that will help them transition into the next phase of recovery,” said clinical director, David Jacobi, PhD.
