Our new St. Paul clinic is Rogers' second location in the Twin Cities and provides specialized, evidence-based outpatient treatment to those struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression, mental health and co-occurring addiction, and general mental health.
Rogers is recognized nationally for treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. We can help children, teens, and adults address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears with our treatment in St. Paul. We focus on evidence-based therapies for OCD, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group and family therapy; and experiential therapy.
If you’re finding that traditional outpatient counseling isn’t enough in managing your teen’s depression or another mood disorder, we can help. Our experienced team of professionals, led by a board-certified adult psychiatrist and an expert psychologist, will help your teen reduce symptoms and gain the tools needed to succeed.
We provide leading, specialized treatment to adults struggling with mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders. To effectively treat addiction, it’s critical to also identify and treat mental health issues such as OCD and anxiety, or depression and other mood disorders, at the same time.
Through our Mental Health Recovery care for adults at Rogers, patients receive the treatment they need to reduce challenging symptoms and improve daily functioning. A safe, structured outpatient setting allows patients to remain connected with family and other social support systems.
