Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization in St. Paul

Our St. Paul clinic is Rogers' second location in the Twin Cities and provides specialized, evidence-based partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment to those struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression, and general mental health.

Rogers Connect Care, our telehealth option for select PHP and IOP programming, is currently available to residents living in Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

OCD and Anxiety

Rogers is recognized internationally for treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. We can help children, teens, and adults address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears with our treatment in St. Paul. We focus on evidence-based therapies for OCD, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group, and family therapy; and experiential therapy.

Depression Recovery

If you’re finding that traditional outpatient counseling isn’t enough in managing your teen’s depression or another mood disorder, we can help. Our experienced team of professionals, led by a board-certified adult psychiatrist and an expert psychologist, will help your teen reduce symptoms and gain the tools needed to succeed.

Primary Behavioral Health

When you experience repetitive negative thoughts, avoid activities you once enjoyed, have difficulty managing your emotions, or experience another challenging mental health symptom, it can be difficult to make the changes needed to regain the life you enjoy.

In Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activationexposure and response prevention (ERP)dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
