New Seattle location for leading mental healthcare services, coming soon.

Rogers Behavioral Health is proud to announce the opening of our first Washington location opening in early 2021 in the Seattle area.

By working closely with patients and families, our multidisciplinary teams, led by board-certified psychiatrists, develop a personalized plan with clinically effective therapies to treat OCD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Watch for more details to be announced soon.

OCD and anxiety

We can help those struggling address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears with our treatment in Seattle. Internationally recognized in treating OCD with one of the most comprehensive treatment programs available, we focus on evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group and family therapy; and experiential therapy.

Depression recovery

Our depression and mood disorders treatment is heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), where patients learn how to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage disorder symptoms. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills help improve mindfulness, distress tolerance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness.

If appropriate, patients work with a therapist on exposures to address avoidance behaviors related to anxiety. Additionally, patients work through individual assignments, group therapy, and one-on-one meetings with a therapist.
