Currently offered in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin, Rogers’ telehealth is available in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient levels of care. Treatment programs available through our telehealth services vary by location.
Accessing your care is easy. All you need is a private space during your program hours, a computer with a camera, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
What Are Rogers' Telehealth Treatment Programs Like?
When it comes to telehealth, Rogers offers the same effective, scientifically proven treatment and results that we do in our in-person programs. Through our confidential online treatment, you will engage in diagnosis education sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy skills. Individually, you will work with your treatment team to create a customized treatment plan that may include:
- Behavioral activation
- Exposure and response prevention
- Relapse prevention
You may also be one member of a small group of patients working with the therapist to learn and practice various skills. Some people practice social interactions, presentations, or introductions to individuals and groups to address social anxiety. Others might engage in behavioral activation tasks under the supervision of their therapist.
What We Treat Through Telehealth
Whether you are an adult, child, or adolescent, we can help. Some common diagnoses we treat through our telehealth services include:
- Depression
- Anxiety disorders
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Substance use disorder including alcohol and drug, specifically opioid, use
- Trauma
- Eating disorders
This list is not exhaustive, and our virtual treatment programs can be tailored to meet your needs. You can also receive medication management services to ensure your treatment remains effective and safe.
Virtual treatment is available for patients in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin who would benefit from specialized partial hospitalization (PHP) or intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care.
