Rogers in Skokie offers a range of partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) care for adults, adolescents, and children. As a nationally respected behavioral healthcare provider in the U.S., we provide treatment for depression and other mood disorders, mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders, OCD and anxiety, and trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder).

Both treatment levels allow patients to receive our services for part of the day and return to home, school, or work:

  • Partial hospitalization care, 6 to 6 1/2 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Intensive outpatient care, 3 hours per day, 5 days per week

Rogers Connect Care, our telehealth option for select PHP and IOP programming, is currently available to residents living in Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Depression and other mood disorders outpatient care

Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders are the leading cause of disability worldwide for both males and females. They are also treatable.

Serving adults and adolescents, our depression and other mood disorder treatment is heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), where patients learn how to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage disorder symptoms. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills help improve mindfulness, distress tolerance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness.

OCD and anxiety outpatient care

Rogers is recognized nationally for treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. We can help you address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears. During treatment, adults, adolescents, and children learn strategies to reduce the symptoms of OCD.

Our evidence-based therapies for OCD combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group and family therapy; and experiential therapy.

Trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder) outpatient care

Rogers understands how damaging trauma (PTSD) can be to someone’s well-being. We want to help you begin living the life you want.

Specifically designed for each patient’s needs, our evidence-based therapeutic approach is based on a proven method called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing prolonged exposure, which helps reduce anxiety related to the traumatic event. You may participate in group therapy, acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness strategies, experiential therapy, patient and family education, individual therapy, and medication management.

Mental health and addiction outpatient care

Rogers provides leading, specialized treatment for mental health and co-occurring addiction disorder. When it comes to effectively treating addiction, it’s critical to also identify and treat mental health issues such as OCD and anxiety, or depression and other mood disorders, at the same time.

Led by a multidisciplinary team, our Mental Health and Addiction Recovery outpatient care uses an evidence-based approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), twelve step facilitation (TSF) therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET).
