OCD and Anxiety
At Rogers Behavioral Health, you will gain the tools, skills, and knowledge needed for your best chance of full recovery.
What does that look like? It can mean talking—to begin to recognize, understand, and manage your thoughts and feelings. It can mean applying techniques that will help you overcome fears and challenges, express yourself, and learn from your struggles. Each person's road to recovery may look a little different, but it's always back by a proven approach to care.
We use an intensive model of evidence-based care that has been proven effective in helping thousands of people. There are two primary aspects of treatment at Rogers:
This treatment mix varies by program, level of care, and need—we'll work together to find the right combination for you. If you have not seen improvement in your depression symptoms with the combination of therapy and medication, you may be a candidate for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). You and your team can decide if this approach is right for you.
In addition to evidence-based treatments, you can also benefit from mindfulness activities, experiential therapy such as movement, art, music and horticultural, and spiritual care that takes a holistic approach to healing, regardless of faith or belief system.
Throughout every step of your individual treatment program at Rogers, your care is guided by a multi-disciplinary team of experts. Physicians oversee all treatment planning, and experts in every field—psychiatry, medicine, nursing, psychology, social work, nutrition, experiential therapy—work to ensure each part of the plan contributes to your overall success.
