When a loved one is struggling with mental health, navigating the road to recovery can be challenging, especially if effective treatment requires travel away from home.

As part of the new Ladish Co. Foundation Center opening in summer of 2021, Rogers Behavioral Health is proud to partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities® Eastern Wisconsin (RMHC) to offer a Ronald McDonald Family Room.

The RMHC Family Room Program will be one of the first Family Room Programs located within a behavioral health facility. It will allow families staying at the RMHC in Wauwatosa as well as other Rogers’ families to benefit from this supportive, comforting environment that is just steps away from where their child is receiving treatment. Families will be able to take a break from the hospital environment, prepare a meal or have a snack, or even take a nap.

In the video above, hear from a former Rogers patient and his family who share how Rogers’ partnership with RMHC helped them during a difficult time.
