Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care, supportive living, and outpatient psychiatric care in Sheboygan
Rogers Behavioral Health's Sheboygan clinic offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient psychiatric care for adults and teens. By working closely with patients and families, our multidisciplinary teams, led by board-certified psychiatrists, develop a personalized plan with clinically effective therapies to treat OCD, anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use in adults and adolescents ages 13 to 17.
The supportive living space provides up to 12 adults a place to call home as they transition back into everyday life.

OCD and anxiety
Through our PHP care (about 6 hours per day, five days per week), we can help you address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears. Offering treatment for adults, patients learn strategies to reduce the symptoms of OCD.
Our evidence-based therapies for OCD combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group, and family therapy; and experiential therapy.
Mental health and addiction recovery
We provide leading, specialized treatment to adults struggling with mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders through our PHP care (about 6 hours per day, five days per week). For the most effective drug and alcohol addiction treatment, it’s critical to also identify and treat mental health issues such as OCD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders at the same time.
Led by board-certified psychiatrists, our outpatient care uses an evidence-based approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), twelve step facilitation (TSF) therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET).
Mental health recovery
Through our Mental Health Recovery Care at Rogers, we provide treatment to adults and adolescents that help reduce challenging symptoms and improve daily functioning. A safe, structured outpatient setting allows patients to remain connected with family and other social support systems. Treatment lasts about 6 hours per day, five days per week.
Patients participate in a specialized approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), experiential therapy (ET), nutritional health and wellness education, medication management, and medical monitoring. The Rogers team closely monitors each patient’s progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
Supportive living space
The Sheboygan supportive living space for adults is not only a first for Rogers, but it will be unique to the local offering of behavioral health services. While traditional supportive living facilities focus primarily on addiction, Rogers’ environment will be a safe place for those in recovery from addiction as well as OCD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders.
Rogers’ Supportive Living is licensed through the Stateof Wisconsin and is not part of our accreditation with The Joint Commission.
Trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder)
We provide care for those struggling with trauma and PTSD through evidence-based treatment that research shows is the most effective for reducing symptoms.
Treatment plans are based on a proven method called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing prolonged exposure, which helps reduce anxiety related to a traumatic event. Patients may participate in group therapy, acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness strategies, experiential therapy, patient and family education, individual therapy, and medication management.
Depression recovery
Available virtually for adults in Wisconsin through Rogers Connect Care and in-person at our clinic, Rogers' depression and mood disorders treatment is heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), where patients learn how to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage symptoms. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills help improve mindfulness, distress tolerance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Outpatient Psychiatric Care
On your mental health journey, it’s important to ensure that your medication needs are met. In Rogers' outpatient psychiatric care offering, now available to children, adolescents, and adults in Wisconsin, you’ll meet with a Rogers provider for a psychiatric evaluation and a focused discussion about your medication options. Offered virtually, this is an excellent option for those who do not currently have a provider to meet their medication needs.
