Virtual support group available for adults living with OCD and anxiety
Rogers offers free, virtual support groups for individuals aged 18 and up living with OCD and anxiety. Participants connect with each other to sharpen the skills required to live with uncertainty, remain focused on goals, and share achievements. The group meets the first and third Monday of every month, 5:30 to 7 pm. For more information email madison-supportgroups@rogersbh.org

Rogers Connect Care, our telehealth option for select PHP and IOP programming, is currently available to residents living in Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Focus Depression Recovery

A less intensive level of our Focus Depression Recovery residential care, our specialized partial hospitalization care for adults emphasizes treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. Heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), you learn how to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage depression or other mood disorders. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills help you improve mindfulness, distress tolerance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness.

If appropriate, you'll work with your therapist on exposures to address avoidance behaviors related to anxiety. You'll move forward through a combination of group therapy for CBT and DBT-informed skills, individual assignments and one-on-one meetings with your therapist.

OCD and Anxiety

Rogers is a global leader of treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. During treatment, adults, adolescents, and children learn strategies to reduce the symptoms of OCD such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears. Our evidence-based therapies for OCD combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group and family therapy; and experiential therapy.

Eating Disorder Recovery

When you or someone you love struggles with an eating disorder, hope can be hard to see—but it is there, and we can help.

Serving adults with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, binge eating disorder, and other eating disorders, our partial hospitalization care offers supervised meals, nutritional education, and medical monitoring. While in treatment, you’ll have an individualized care plan and a treatment approach structured around evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on graduated exposure and response prevention (ERP).

Mental Health Recovery

Our Mental Health Recovery Care for adults provides a range of proven therapies in a structured setting as well as nutritional health and wellness education. A board-certified psychiatrist provides medication management and medical monitoring. Our goal is to help you reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning while you remain connected with family and other social support systems.

Trauma Recovery

You or someone you love may have experienced or witnessed a life-threatening or traumatic event. We understand how damaging trauma (PTSD) can be to someone’s well-being and we have the experience and proven-effective treatment approach to help adults who are suffering.

Our treatment plans are specifically designed for each patient’s needs. Rogers’ therapeutic approach is based on a proven method called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing prolonged exposure, which helps reduce anxiety related to the traumatic event. You may participate in group therapy, acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness strategies, experiential therapy, patient and family education, individual therapy, and medication management.

Mental Health and Addiction Recovery

We provide leading, specialized treatment to adults struggling with mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders. To effectively treat addiction, it’s critical to also identify and treat mental health issues such as OCD and anxiety, or depression and other mood disorders, at the same time.

Outpatient Psychiatric Care

On your mental health journey, it’s important to ensure that your medication needs are met. In Rogers’ outpatient psychiatric care offering, now available to children, adolescents, and adults in Wisconsin, you’ll meet with a Rogers provider for a psychiatric evaluation and a focused discussion about your medication options. Offered virtually, this is an excellent option for those who do not currently have a provider to meet their medication needs.
