Unsure of OCD therapy at first

"I had been very hesitant about being partially hospitalized at Rogers because I was uncertain if the treatment would work for me and if the people there would know how to help me. I’d been struggling for so long with severe OCD, I thought I had reached the point of no return."

Supportive OCD treatment

Marta2.JPG"The support, encouragement, and (good) challenges that I received from the staff at Rogers quite literally saved my life.

The group therapy made me feel less alone when I was at one of the lowest points in my life, and although I still have more challenges and treatment ahead, I could never have gotten to where I am today without the help of the Rogers staff.

Now I have hope for the future and hope for every day. I get to enjoy life in a way I haven’t for years. I’m planning on going back to college so I can graduate, which I’d almost given up on!

It was hard work, and still is, but so, so worth it to have my life back. I can’t express my gratitude enough to all the staff at the St. Paul location for everything, even just the smiles and kind words throughout the days were helpful in giving me strength.”
