Reflecting back on grade school, Briden recalls feeling like no one liked or understood her. She didn’t like herself, and she kept her struggle a secret. Briden says by the time she started high school, her battle with self-esteem and depression led to eating disorder behaviors. Her dietician encouraged her to seek treatment at Rogers.
