Suraj Pal Singh, MD, M Sc. (Clinical Neuropsychiatry), MRCPsych, DFAPA, is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Addictions Medicine and serves as a medical director for Focus Depression Recovery Adult Residential Care in West Allis.

Dr. Singh received his MBBS from the Government Medical College in Patiala, India, and a Master of Sciences in Clinical Neuropsychiatry with distinction from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He completed a General Adult Higher specialist training in the United Kingdom and was awarded membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Additionally, he completed a psychiatry residency training program at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in Milwaukee.

Before his role with Rogers, Dr Singh worked for Milwaukee County’s behavioral health services and was the associate program director of the Psychiatry Residency Program at Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). He continues to work as a Clinical Associate Professor at MCW. His passion for teaching and academics is evidenced by multiple awards he has received through nominations by medical students and psychiatry residents. In addition to teaching, he’s participated in multiple research projects with publications receiving national and international recognition. He is actively involved in the community, raising awareness of mental illness.

Dr. Singh is a member of the American Board of Preventive Medicine (Addictions Medicine) and is a Distinguished Fellow of American Psychiatric Association (DFAPA).
