Natalie Todd, PsyD
Director of Outpatient Services, San Francisco East Bay
Natalie Todd, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and director of outpatient services for Rogers Behavioral Health in San Francisco East Bay, where she oversees the delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. She trains, coaches, and develops staff and trainees in providing evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents and adults with depression, OCD, and anxiety disorders.
Dr. Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium (APA accredited) in Palo Alto, California.
Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Todd was clinical director of the Wavefront Program CBT Clinic at the University of California, San Francisco, where she provided weekly individual cognitive behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and their families across a wide range of diagnoses, including, but not limited to, depression, generalized anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder. In this role, she oversaw day-to-day clinic operations, led weekly staff team meetings, and met regularly with department leadership. Additionally, she was a therapist in the Wavefront DBT clinic that provided comprehensive DBT to adolescents and young adults.
Dr. Todd has a strong interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and served on the UCSF Psychiatry Diversity Committee. She has given talks on microaggressions and multiculturalism in therapy. Dr. Todd is also fluent in Farsi.
