Shannon Boling, LPCC, LMFT

Vice President, Payer Relations

Shannon Boling, LPCC, LMFT, is vice president of payer relations and is responsible for oversight of both the Utilization Review and Payer Strategies departments.

Shannon served as executive director of Utilization Review for five years, and in her new role, she will continue to focus on payer engagement on a national level, participate on the NABH Managed Care Committee Board, develop payer strategy, and provide oversight to the UR process across the Rogers system.

Shannon is a licensed professional clinical counselor and marriage and family therapist with over 25 years’ experience in the behavioral health and substance use field. Prior to coming to Rogers, Shannon was the operations and compliance officer for Woodlake Addiction Recovery and also held leadership positions at both Cigna Behavioral Health and Magellan Health Services, as well as vice president of operations for Seaside Healthcare. She oversaw the credentialing and contracting of all Medicaid providers in Louisiana to build the Medicaid managed care network at Magellan Health, working closely with CMS and the State of Louisiana to develop programs and monitor compliance with CMS guidelines.
