Nicole Stettler, PhD

Executive Clinical Director of Eating Disorder Services

Nicole Stettler, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and executive clinical director of Rogers' Eating Disorder Services, with responsibility for the Eating Disorder Recovery programs system-wide. She also serves as clinical supervisor for the Eating Disorder Recovery adolescent residential program.

Dr. Stettler received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. She then earned her Master of Science in Experimental Psychology at Western Washington University, prior to attending the University of Washington where she completed her PhD in clinical psychology. Dr. Stettler completed her doctoral APA-accredited internship at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital/Children’s Health Council. She then completed a postdoctoral psychology fellowship at Stanford Children’s Health.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Stettler worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she was a clinical psychologist and supervisor of mental health clinicians. In addition to eating disorders, Dr. Stettler has experience working with suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury, emotion dysregulation, anxiety disorders, and OCD, particularly with children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Stettler is also experienced in teaching and training, and has provided several lectures and workshops on assessment and treatment of eating disorders for students, trainees, and professionals in the healthcare field.

She is a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED); the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT); and the American Psychological Association (APA).
