Andrea Hartman, PsyD

Regional Clinical Director, Psychologist

Andrea Hartman, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist based at Rogers’ Seattle location who serves as a regional clinical director for Rogers Behavioral Health. Dr. Hartman has expertise in the assessment and treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders, child and adolescent psychology, and in dialectical behavior therapy. She is passionate about training and mentoring other mental health professionals.

Dr. Hartman has been with Rogers since June 2022, based at the Seattle clinic first as the clinical supervisor and then was promoted to clinical director in April 2023. Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Hartman worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she was a supervising clinical psychologist and the director of the anxiety intensive outpatient program.

Dr. Hartman received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She then earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Dr. Hartman completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA)/University of Southern California University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). Dr. Hartman then completed a postdoctoral psychology fellowship at Seattle Children’s Hospital through the University of Washington (UW) Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Fellowship Program.
