Jon Lica

Madison Community Relations Liaison

Jon Lica is the community relations liaison for Rogers Behavioral Health in Madison, where he connects referring providers and people in the community with Rogers’ evidence-based treatment locally and nationwide.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where he received a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. He was the US Department of State's Mandela Washington Fellowship 2020 Reciprocal Exchange Award Winner and will lead fundraising workshops for social enterprises in Kenya.

Prior to Rogers, Jon was Corporate and Community Relations Director at Goodman Community Center, where developed relationships and established partnerships with Madison-area corporations and organizations.

Jon enjoys leading an active lifestyle and spending time with his daughter and friends.
