Rae Anne Ho Fung, PhD, LP
Executive Director of Clinical Integration, Psychologist
Rae Anne Ho Fung, PhD, LP, is the executive director of clinical integration for West Allis, Brown Deer, and Oconomowoc partial and intensive outpatient programs. She works closely with the directors of operations and clinical directors, developing programs to meet the community needs with an emphasis on clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
Joining Rogers in 2018, Dr. Ho Fung is a licensed psychologist who specializes in evidence-based treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, and co-morbid conditions. Most recently, Dr. Ho Fung served as clinical director of outpatient services in West Allis, where she worked closely with the director of operations to oversee the clinic and its strategic goals.
Dr. Ho Fung received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and went on to teach fourth and fifth grades at the Milwaukee Academy of Science. She then completed her master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she also earned her doctorate in counseling psychology. In addition to her work with Rogers, Dr. Ho Fung is an instructor at the UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education, where she has co-developed trauma counseling courses. She also served in the Army National Guard for nine years with a combat deployment to Iraq in 2009-2010. She credits her passion for trauma recovery to her time as a teacher and as a soldier.
In her free time, Dr. Ho Fung likes running and sharing her joy of the activity with her family. She also enjoys crocheting and reading dystopian novels.
