Barbara Whitstone

Vice President, Facilities

As vice president of facilities, Barbara Whitstone supports the day-to-day operations of all Rogers locations and is responsible for the development and implementation of new strategies for environmental services and housekeeping, capital replacement planning and Life Safety Code, CMS and state physical plant regulations training. Whitstone brings a wealth of knowledge gained over 30 years of experience in facility management, operations, business development and marketing. Prior to her role with Rogers, she served as senior vice president of business operations at Milwaukee-based CleanPower, where she was instrumental in its move to more sustainable cleaning processes. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Ripon College and is certified by the Building Service Contractors Association International as a Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM).
