Rising Above an Eating Disorder | Jordan's Story

Jordan says it was after going through some traumatic experiences that she felt like she was losing control. She began to focus on what she could control which was eating and exercise. She says she was diagnosed with an eating disorder during a visit with a primary care doctor. After a hospital stay where she says she was on death's door, she realized she needed to accept additional help.

"I went straight from the hospital to Rogers," Jordan says. "It was one of the hardest things I had to do, but slowly and surely, I realized I am not alone and that was eye opening for me. Rogers helped me reinvent myself because my identity was my eating disorder."
