Treating individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) for anxiety and mood disorders presents many challenges for clinicians. In this webinar, learn to recognize and differentiate safety concerns from ASD symptoms in those with anxiety or depression. Additional discussion will include the importance of affective education, advantages to using subjective measures of distress (SUDS), and key elements for creating an effective safety plan.
