The Ladish Co. Foundation Center, located on Rogers' main campus in Oconomowoc, was built to be a restorative, stigma-free place for Rogers’ families and community members to gather and support one another on the journey to mental health and wellness. Funded in part by generous donors, it houses community meeting spaces, the Spiritual Care Program, Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation, Rogers Research Center, and the Ronald McDonald Family Room®. Each component of the Ladish Center helps support family members of Rogers patients and provide crucial community resources.
Ronald McDonald Family Room
At Rogers, family involvement plays a crucial role in our therapeutic approach. Additionally, family members being near their loved one during treatment has been shown to aid recovery. To facilitate this important part of treatment, the Ronald McDonald Family Room® provides a welcoming environment where parents and families visiting a loved one at Rogers can relax and recharge during downtimes on campus. Families may visit the family room with or without their loved one in treatment and no reservations are needed. It is open seven days a week (9 am to 5 pm). All amenities are complimentary for Rogers’ friends and families. Amenities include:

Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation

Rogers Research Center
In its new home at the Ladish Center, the Rogers Research Center facilitates research studies and innovations to improve treatment outcomes.
Community spaces
The Ladish Center includes a conference hall and community rooms for patient alumni groups, educational workshops and lectures, Friends and Family University, and community support groups and summits.
Spiritual care
Home to Rogers’ Spiritual Care Program for patients, guests of the Ladish Center have access to the Tadross Family Chapel, a resource library, and outdoor meditation garden for personal prayer and reflection.
