Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization in San Francisco
We are proud to provide our leading mental health services for children, teens, and adults in San Francisco East Bay. This location offers specialized partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
Depression and other mood disorders
Led by a psychiatrist and psychologist, the exceptional team at Rogers in San Francisco East Bay can provide you with an individualized treatment plan that will help you gain insight into your behaviors and feelings, set realistic goals, and develop new skills for success.
Treatment for depression and other mood disorders combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); behavioral activation (BA); dialectical behavior therapy (DBT); medication management; and individual, group, and family therapy. Note that for adolescents, depending on particular state laws, family involvement may depend on approval by the patient. California state law requires anyone 12 and over to approve participation by family members.
OCD and anxiety
Rogers is recognized internationally for treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. During treatment, you will learn strategies to reduce the symptoms of OCD, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears.
Our evidence-based therapies for OCD combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; and individual, group, and family therapy.
