Getting Started
Getting started
We’re here to help. We know you’ve probably had some level of counseling or care, but you or your referring provider have decided you may need the more intensive, specialized care that Rogers can provide, whether inpatient, outpatient, or residential care.
Your next step? Whether referring someone in need or seeking behavioral health services for yourself, our admissions department is the place to begin. While you often have a sense of the care or level of treatment you may need, our caring, knowledgeable team uses a screening process to help you find the treatment that’s the best fit.
If you ever feel that a situation is unsafe, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.
It all begins when you request your free screening
The screening will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. An intake specialist will ask you a series of questions to help us fully understand your behavioral health needs and offer an appropriate recommendation. For children under 18, we’ll ask to speak with a parent or guardian.
Call 800-767-4411 and follow the prompts to seek treatment by pressing 1. In-person screenings are available. You can also directly call the local clinic number for the location you seek.
After your screening
Once complete, the intake specialist reviews your screening information with a member of Rogers’ medical staff. They will then recommend an appropriate level of care for you or your loved one. An intake specialist contacts you to share this recommendation.
With your permission, an admissions representative contacts your insurance carrier to obtain a quote of benefits. However, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to verify your insurance coverage to help you make an educated decision about treatment. If residential treatment is recommended, your intake specialist will explain options for financing residential care.
If you decide Rogers’ treatment is the right choice for you, your intake specialist will schedule your admission into a program. The specialist will then cover your essential information, including what to expect and where to stay if a family member or friend is accompanying you.
If Rogers does not have a program for you, we will do our best to refer you somewhere that can help. We understand the importance of seeking treatment and want to ensure that you get the most appropriate services to meet your needs.
