Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental health disorder in which people struggle with obsessions and compulsions. It affects people of all ages and all walks of life.

It’s estimated 1 in 40 adults, and 1 in 100 children have OCD. Far too often, they suffer in silence until they are diagnosed.

Kathryn says the treatment and support she received at Rogers for OCD and anxiety changed her life.

“My compulsions and my obsessions overtook me,” Kathryn says. “It dominated my values. It’s hard to think about that because I’m in such a different place now.”

Learn more about her journey and how she uses her story to break the stigma surrounding OCD in the video above.
