When you experience repetitive negative thoughts, avoid activities you once enjoyed, have difficulty managing your emotions, or experience another challenging mental health symptoms, it can be difficult to make the changes needed to regain the life you enjoy.

Tailored behavioral health treatment

Rogers’ Primary Behavioral Health program is a personalized, group-based program for adults and teens who have been diagnosed with more than one mental health disorder.

Each patient starts with a series of evaluations and evidence-based assessments so we can better understand what challenges they are facing. The treatment team meets with each patient to make recommendations that will chart a path forward.

Tailored to a patients’ unique needs, a multi-disciplinary team will focus on specific symptoms rather than a specific diagnosis to create a customized treatment plan. Examples of these symptoms include:

  • Lack of motivation
  • Avoidance
  • Trouble controlling their emotions
  • Difficulty with managing repetitive negative thoughts
  • Difficulty in maintaining healthy relationships

Patients will learn to understand their personal coping strategies and how these strategies prevent them from living a full and happy life.

Time is carved out each day for individual skills practice including learning life skills, setting personal goals, and gaining the tools you need to get back to living the life they want.

Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies that are commonly shared across:
