Stacy Babl

Chief Human Resources Officer

Stacy Babl is chief human resources officer for Rogers Behavioral Health, overseeing all HR operations and functions, including the HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards including compensation and benefits, Talent Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Stacy has more than two decades of HR leadership experience including serving as senior VP of Human Resources for Marcus Theatres Corporation prior to joining Rogers. She received her bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee and is currently pursuing a master’s degree from Harvard University through their extension school. Stacy holds the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.
