Sameera Guttikonda, MD

Psychiatrist

Sameera Guttikonda, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Rogers in Hinsdale where she works with adults, providing evidence-based treatment in multiple intensive outpatient programs.

Dr. Guttikonda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in applied psychology and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Illinois. She received her medical degree from the Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. Dr. Guttikonda started her psychiatry residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit and completed it at Rush University in Chicago. She completed a Consult-Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Chicago, where she also completed a Medical Ethics Fellowship at the Maclean Center.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Guttikonda worked as the Division Chair of Inpatient and Consult-Liaison Psychiatry for Cook County Health at John H Stroger Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Guttikonda is a member of the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.
