Vice president of operations, Brown Deer

Samantha (Sam) Klinger is vice president of operations for Rogers’ Brown Deer campus.

Sam has more than 15 years of behavioral health experience, including as Rogers' executive director of continuous improvement leading to significant progress in standardizing clinical treatment to improve patient outcomes, reducing administrative burden, and increasing access to care. Earlier she served as clinical services manager of PHP/IOP treatment in West Allis.

A licensed clinical social worker and certified in trauma counseling, substance use disorders, and gerontology, Sam earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
