Rob Reff, PhD

Clinical Director, Psychologist

Rob Reff, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and clinical director at Rogers Behavioral Health in Appleton, Wisconsin. Dr. Reff provides clinical supervision to therapists and behavior specialists, facilitates connections with community providers, and ensures evidence based-coordinated continuum of care to all patients. His clinical interests include depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug treatment, recovery maintenance and health motivation. Dr. Reff has a passion for working with patients that identify as non-gender binary/trans.

Dr. Reff received his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Biology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. He then received his Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, where he completed his pre-doctoral internship in counseling and psychological services, and later received his PhD.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Reff was a psychologist at Advocate Aurora Health – Behavioral Health in De Pere, Wisconsin, where he provided individual and couple therapy, conducted comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to formulate and monitor individualized treatment plans and treatment interventions, and provided internal and external presentations on a wide range of behavioral health topics.
