Our team is backed by strong medical and clinical leadership in a private, non-academic setting. More than 75 board-certified psychiatrists and 40 psychologists, are part of a medical staff of nearly 150 who are specialists in mental health and addiction who work as a team and partner with a premier multidisciplinary group of behavioral specialists, nurses, therapists, and dietitians.

Hilary Boyd, MSN, RN, APNP, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Hilary Boyd, MSN, RN, APNP, PMHNP-BC, works as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner for our OCD and Anxiety child and adolescent partial hospitalization program, and Mental Health Recovery for adolescents in the partial hospitalization program in Oconomowoc. She graduated cum laude from Carroll University with a Bachelor’s of Science in nursing, and graduated with honors for her Master’s of Science in nursing from Alverno College. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Prior to seeking her master’s degree, Boyd worked as a registered nurse at Rogers's Oconomowoc location in several inpatient units for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from eating disorders and addiction. Boyd has taught undergraduate and graduate nursing at Carroll University and Alverno College.

Boyd is an active member of the Wisconsin Nurses Association Workforce Advocacy Council. Boyd is also a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is chair of leadership succession for the Sigma, Delta Gamma-at-large chapter, and a Scholar of the Sigma Theta Tau Nightingale Challenge Program.
