View slides from this presentation.

Presented by Brad E.R. Smith, MD, and Chad T. Wetterneck, PhD

While healthcare professionals often encourage their patients to learn and practice self-care and resilience strategies, they may not take the time to do so for themselves. In this webinar, participants will learn about the importance of practicing these techniques to obtain or maintain positive mental health and discuss how compassion fatigue and the service of others necessitates a plan for self-care and resilience.
