Common sleep concerns include trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up earlier than intended, with an estimated 50 to 80 percent of people experiencing one of these challenges. While many may be familiar with how sleep concerns can impact their daily functioning, it’s important to understand that they can also aggravate psychiatric symptoms. In this webinar, you’ll review diagnostic criteria and sleep hygiene habits as well as review evidence-based therapeutic interventions and newer medications to address sleep concerns.
