Samuel Hall, MD

Psychiatrist

Samuel Hall, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Rogers in Oconomowoc, where he works with adults receiving inpatient care for eating disorders.

Dr. Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Science in neurobiology and psychology from UW-Madison. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin where he also completed his psychiatry residency.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Hall was a research assistant with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.

Dr. Hall has extensive research experience, including examining alcohol use in veterans enrolled in a peer support and studying medical student wellness and access to mental health resources in which he presented results at a national conference for the Association for Academic Psychiatry. His work with veterans was published in the Journal of Humanistic Psychology.

In his free time, Dr. Hall is an ultramarathon runner, having completed the Ice Age 50 Mile and Door County Fall 50. He’s an ambassador and peer support group leader for Bigger Than the Trail, a non-profit organization that uses running to promote the use of mental health resources.
