OCD and Anxiety
Tracey K. Lichner, PhD, LP, is the clinical director Rogers' Minneapolis location. She is an expert in the evidence-based treatment and assessment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). During her tenure at University of Pennsylvania's Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, she served as director of supervision and dissemination, trainer, and psychotherapist. At Johns Hopkins University, she was a clinical evaluator on a large-scale OCD research project.
Dr. Lichner is an international trainer and consultant/supervisor, having conducted numerous workshops for mental health professionals on exposure and ritual prevention for OCD, prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD, and exposure therapy for anxiety disorders and prolonged/complicated grief. She coauthored the therapist guide and patient workbook on exposure and response prevention for OCD, Treatments that Work series. Dr. Lichner received her doctorate with distinction in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. In addition to her leadership role with Rogers, Dr. Lichner maintains an independent practice conducting psychotherapy, training and consultation. She is an active member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies and the International OCD Foundation.
