OCD AND ANXIETY
Samantha helps referents and families further their knowledge on the variety of mental health services offered at Rogers Behavioral Health, both in Minneapolis and beyond. She often tours families and referents so they can better understand the expertise of Rogers’ staff and personally witness the extraordinary level of care that Rogers provides. Samantha enjoys helping families attain the resources they need that will help change their lives for the better.
Samantha began her career at Rogers in 2013 as an admissions coordinator for OCD and Anxiety Center Children's Residential Care and Nashotah Center for DBT Female Adolescent Residential Care, later taking on a role as an outreach support specialist for child and adolescent residential care. With her extensive knowledge of the services offered at Rogers, Samantha draws on her background to share her understanding of Rogers’ resources with her clients.
Samantha earned her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her previous experience also includes a leadership position with SPILL, an anonymous peer-based online support system, which has helped her gain the skills to successfully relate to the individuals she serves. In her free time, Samantha likes running with her dog, listening to music, boating and traveling around the United States.
