Our team is backed by strong medical and clinical leadership in a private, non-academic setting. More than 75 board-certified psychiatrists and 40 psychologists, are part of a medical staff of nearly 150 who are specialists in mental health and addiction who work as a team and partner with a premier multidisciplinary group of behavioral specialists, nurses, therapists, and dietitians.

Derrick Jordan, MSW, LCSW

Vice President, Operations, Brown Deer

Derrick Jordan, MSW, LCSW, is vice president of operations for Rogers’ Brown Deer campus including oversight of inpatient and outpatient services.

Derrick joined Rogers in 2020 as part of a leadership training program after serving as vice president of operations at Monarch in North Carolina, a not for profit behavioral health organization offering residential and outpatient services. He previously spent time as a regional director of RHA behavioral health and addiction services where he managed multiple services and opened a detox and crisis facility in western NC. Additionally, he served as a Mobile Crisis Team leader as well as an inpatient psychiatric social worker.

Derrick has a strong track record in integrating operational strategies, building partnerships developing new programs, and using metrics and internal control to monitor operational trends to ensure positive results. He holds a master’s degree in social work and a certification in drug and addiction studies from the University of South Carolina and earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from South Carolina State University.
