As vice president of human resources, Brian Kramer brings experience in the broad spectrum of human resources including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, training/organizational development and benefits/compensation, all areas of focus at Rogers. Over more than 25 years, Kramer has worked with growth-focused global and domestic multi-site organizations, leading the human capital role for healthcare, engineering, marketing, financial services and life sciences organizations in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Rogers in 2016, Kramer served as a human resources consultant for Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin as well as Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. Kramer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in technology education from University of Wisconsin-Stout, and completed master’s coursework in industrial and labor relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management as well as Executive Agenda.
