Navigating the Path to Adulthood: Life Skills and Empowerment Strategies for Success
 
As teens move into adulthood, they face new, unique challenges. This can be overwhelming, worsening existing mental health concerns or bringing on new ones. Our young adult IOP focuses on values development, goal setting, next steps in work or education, problem solving, and cultivating healthy adult relationships.
Offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 12:15-3:30 pm beginning May 19, 2025.
 
Ages: 18-24
Times: In-person or virtually, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 12:15 – 3:30 pm
 
Bonus: 30-minute weekly life coaching sessions offered on Mondays, Fridays, or before regular program hours
