Barbara Brockmeier, MSW, LCSW, serves as vice president of the Oconomowoc campus. She has more than 25 years of experience working within the behavioral health field, with two decades in senior leadership, program development, and operations management roles.
Prior to coming to Rogers, Brockmeier served as the vice president of operations for an 82-bed treatment facility in Florida for addiction and co-occurring disorders. She is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring our staff are cared for, supported, and fully engaged. Brockmeier earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Michigan.
