Rogers Behavioral Health recognized by ‘Where You Work Matters List’ for career opportunity, career growth

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. — Rogers Behavioral Health is proud to be recognized as a 2026 Platinum Employer for Early Career Opportunity and a Gold Employer for Career Growth on the “Where You Work Matters List.”

These distinctions honor U.S. organizations that create high-quality jobs, expand access to meaningful career pathways, and demonstrate strong long-term workforce stability.

Rogers is among a select group of healthcare organizations nationally to receive the recognition, reflecting the organization’s continued investment in building a sustainable clinical workforce pipeline while advancing professional development across all levels of care.

“This honor belongs to our incredible team,” says Cindy Meyer, Rogers’ president and CEO. “Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence make Rogers a place where people can grow their careers while making a meaningful difference. These distinctions reflect our commitment to creating meaningful career pathways and supporting every team member as they grow, advance, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.”

The “Where You Work Matters List” is an independent, nonprofit assessment powered by the American Opportunity Index and led by the Burning Glass Institute and the Schultz Family Foundation, with methodology developed in partnership with the Harvard Business School Project on Managing the Future of Work. The evaluation draws on extensive real-world data, including career progression, compensation, retention, and workforce mobility, to assess how effectively organizations support employees from entry into the workforce through long-term advancement.

This recognition further supports Rogers’ broader strategic priorities, including expanding access to specialty behavioral health services, scaling virtual care delivery, and ensuring a high-quality, stable workforce capable of meeting growing national demand. Learn more here.
