Support Groups

During your journey ahead, you’ll need help and support. Others who are on a similar path can help you feel like you’re not alone, even if you feel like it in the moment. Being part of a support group during or after treatment is an excellent way to connect with others and find a sense of community.

Support Groups for Mental Health Treatment

Narcotics Anonymous

  • Wednesdays, 7:30 pm

Alcoholics Anonymous

  • Sundays, 8:30 am or 6 pm
  • Mondays, 6 pm or 7 pm
  • Wednesdays, 7 pm
  • Thursdays, 6 pm
  • Saturdays, 7 am

Educational Mental Health Support Groups

Rogers Behavioral Health hosts a free, informative community support group for individuals struggling with mental health or addiction concerns, and their family members. All virtual programming is available to anyone in any city/state.

Rogers Behavioral Health in Hinsdale

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety Support Groups

Rogers offers support groups for individuals living with OCD alongside their parents and caregivers.

In weekly or bi-weekly sessions, participants connect with others to sharpen the skills required to live with uncertainty, remain focused on goals, and share achievements. All virtual programming is available to anyone in any city/state.

Virtual OCD and Anxiety Support Group for Adults

Trauma and Depression Educational Support Groups

All virtual programming is available to anyone in any city/state.

Virtual educational support group for adults recovering from trauma and depression. First and third Tuesday of each month, 5:30–7 pm CT.
