Tyler Rickers, DO

Medical Director, Focus Depression Recovery Adult Care

Tyler Rickers, DO, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in treating¬†resistant depression and personality disorders, specifically borderline personality disorder. Dr. Rickers works with young adults in the inpatient and partial hospital care at Rogers' Oconomowoc¬†location as well as at the Focus depression recovery adult residential program.¬†In addition, he serves as director of Rogers’¬†transcranial magnetic stimulation¬†(TMS) services, providing treatment and consultation to patients.

A graduate of Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Rickers completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Wisconsin (UW) in Madison, a fellowship in electroconvulsive therapy at Emory University in Georgia, and a TMS fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. He previously served as a hospitalist in inpatient psychiatry at Meriter Hospital in Madison and as faculty with UW's School of Medicine and Public Health as well as the psychiatry department. Dr. Rickers is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the Wisconsin Psychiatric Association, the American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association.
