September Casteel, MSW, is vice president of operations for the Brown Deer campus. In this role, she oversees daily operations of the hospital campus and drives strategic initiatives to improve patient care, streamline operational processes, and enhance team efficiency.
Casteel has worked at Rogers Behavioral Health since 2019, beginning as a therapist in the OCD and Anxiety partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program at Rogers’ Madison clinic. She was promoted to director of operations at Sheboygan, overseeing the clinic and supportive living space. Most recently, Casteel served as senior director of operations for Rogers Behavioral Health clinics in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Casteel received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Social Work degree the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers – Wisconsin Chapter.
