As Executive Vice President of Payer Development and Strategy, Paul Evans is responsible for cultivating collaborative relationships with payers and other key strategic partners across the country. He is focused on behavioral health innovation and the advancement of Rogers’ value-based care strategy to deliver high-quality care and improved patient outcomes in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
Evans has been working in the behavioral health industry for most of his career. His experience includes executive leadership roles in multiple sectors of behavioral healthcare, including large national health systems, behavioral health tech startups, and managed care organizations.
Evans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on healthcare administration from the University of Colorado.
