Megan Kurdi, LCSW, is director at Rogers’ Philadelphia, where she ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Megan is committed to contributing positively to patient experiences and improving access to care to people within the community.
She began her career at Rogers as a therapist in Focus Depression Recovery Adult Residential Care in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. After one and a half years, Megan shifted to overseeing the four inpatient units in Oconomowoc before relocating with her family to Philadelphia for the clinical services supervisor role. Megan has growing experience within the OCD and anxiety programs, providing clinical oversight for the child and adolescent programs.
Megan received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of WI-Oshkosh and her graduate degree in social work from the University of WI-Milwaukee.
