Lauren Scaletta, PsyD
Director of Clinical Services, West Allis Campus, Psychologist
Lauren Scaletta, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the director of clinical services for the West Allis campus. Previously, she was the clinical supervisor of the Herrington Centers for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Adult Residential Care at Rogers’ Oconomowoc and West Allis campuses, where she used her background in psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to supervise and train clinical staff while guiding treatment within mental health and addiction recovery services.
Following undergraduate studies of psychology and social work at The University of Iowa, she completed her master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Scaletta completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship with Rogers in the Brown Deer child and adolescent outpatient clinic. Her experience includes treatment at inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. Dr. Scaletta’s clinical interests include psychological assessment, externalizing symptoms, chronic emotion dysregulation, developmental and attachment issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and family support and education.
Dr. Scaletta is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Alliance on Mental Illness, American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
