As vice president of care coordination, Jeanette Osborn is responsible for ensuring each person experiences a seamless, connected journey throughout their time with Rogers, from pre-admission through discharge. Before promotion to this position, she led the utilization review teams, first in Southeast Wisconsin and later across the entire Rogers Behavioral Health system.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Osborn joined Rogers in 2000 as a psychiatric technician, where her direct-care foundation has informed two decades of work across admissions, intake, and utilization review. This has given her a unique and comprehensive understanding of the entire patient journey.
