Janet Gatlin, MBA

Director, Community Relations, Central and Northern Service Areas

Janet works as the director of community relations for Rogers Behavioral Health’s Central and Northern Service Areas, where she builds strong relationships with referring providers, in addition to connecting patients and families to mental health and addiction care.

Janet graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in recreational therapy. She completed her Master of Business Administration at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee.

Janet has more than 20 years’ experience in the health care field. Besides her passion for helping patients and their families struggling with addiction and mental health, she is also an avid supporter of military families and is a recipient of the Commander’s Award for Public Service, the fourth highest honor award possible for a private citizen.

In her free time, Janet enjoys riding her bike, taking walks with her dog, waterskiing, and boating.
