Our team is backed by strong medical and clinical leadership in a private, non-academic setting. More than 75 board-certified psychiatrists and 40 psychologists, are part of a medical staff of nearly 150 who are specialists in mental health and addiction who work as a team and partner with a premier multidisciplinary group of behavioral specialists, nurses, therapists, and dietitians.

Courtney Pflughoeft, MSN, RN, APNP, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Courtney Pflughoeft, MSN, RN, APNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified advanced practice nurse practitioner at Rogers in Oconomowoc. She currently serves adult patients in the Mental Health Recovery partial hospitalization program.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, minor in psychology, and her Master of Science in Nursing in the psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner program at Alverno College.

She has served in a variety of roles at Rogers since 2013. Prior to seeking her master’s degree, Courtney worked as a psychiatric technician, registered nurse, and charge registered nurse at Rogers’ Oconomowoc location in several inpatient units for children, adolescents, and adults. She has also worked in residential settings specifically serving clients struggling with mood disorders and eating disorders.

Courtney is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
